1. General Overview
At Genflow, we take pride in delivering highly customized digital marketing strategies, flawless ERP integrations, and precise operational automation services. Due to the deep technical and intellectual nature of our project deployments, considerable resources are dedicated starting from day one. Therefore, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the customized effort applied to these services.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel any ongoing subscription or retainer service agreement with Genflow by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance, as detailed in your Statement of Work. If a distinct project milestone is currently in progress, you will only be billed proportionally for the work actively completed to our high standards up to the official date of cancellation.
3. Refunds for Digital Services
Because bespoke Digital Marketing, Custom Automation engineering, and ERP framework integrations are intangible services involving specialized human capital and proprietary software development, we do not offer full refunds for phases already rendered.
- Initial Deposits: Deposits paid to formally commence a project are considered non-refundable once preliminary architectural, scoping, or strategic work has been initiated.
- Milestone Payments: Payments logically tied to specific project milestones become non-refundable immediately upon the successful delivery and mutual acceptance of that particular milestone.
- Retained Services: For ongoing retained support or marketing services, cancellation requests are effective for the subsequent billing cycle. We are unable to provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Dispute Resolution
Client satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you believe your account has been incorrectly charged or that any service deliverables failed to align realistically with the agreed-upon criteria in your contract, we strongly encourage you to contact your dedicated account manager within 14 days of the milestone delivery or billing date so we can swiftly investigate and rectify the discrepancy.
