2. Our Services & Deliverables
Genflow provides specialized operational automation, advanced digital marketing, and complex ERP integration services. The specific deliverables, expectations, project timelines, and payment structures of our service engagements will be governed by individually signed contracts or Statements of Work (SOW) executed with each client.
3. Communication Policy
By providing your contact information and opting in, you agree that Genflow may contact you via email, direct phone calls, or WhatsApp Business for service-related updates, proposals, reminders, and operational communications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any point.
4. Intellectual Property
The core framework of the Service itself, including the website's original content, standard operating procedures, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Genflow and its licensors. Any custom code, campaigns, or automations built explicitly for a client in a paid engagement will be handed over to the client as stipulated in their specific service agreement once full payment is made.
5. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Genflow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of business profits, data loss, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting directly or indirectly from your access to or use of the Service.
